Welcome to Joisk. By using joisk.com or any related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to register for Joisk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Subscription and Payment

Joisk is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment provider Stripe) to charge your selected payment method at regular intervals unless canceled. Free trials convert into paid plans unless canceled before the trial period ends.

3. Content Ownership and Usage

• All content on Joisk (videos, courses, illustrations, code, etc.) is either owned by us or licensed to us.
• You may stream the content for personal use only. Downloading, redistributing, or copying is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Joisk to:

• Violate any laws
• Harass or harm others
• Infringe upon intellectual property
• Attempt to bypass platform security or gain unauthorized access

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joisk is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
